  Dr. Wu is best surgeon I have ever had. He is so friendly, personable, and trustworthy. He always remembered my name and said "Hi" even if from a distance. He even remembered my boyfriend's name. Dr. Wu repaired a botched-up surgery that another hospital system did. After a year it still had not healed, and Dr. Wu gave my arm his full attention. He seemed genuinely concerned and had a plan. Surgery went well and I was good moving forward. Dr. Wu was always easy to get in contact with, and he actually replied to messages. Years later, Dr. Wu still remembers me and is still willing to answer me with any concerns I have.
